Why do Cancer sufferers, suffer

I am constantly astonished that while the FDA, Some Doctors and Cancer Society’s whilst looking after our Health, are watching others die.

My reasons for mentioning the two principle organizations are this.
The two organizations do not and will not mention any other product or cure apart from main Stream Medicine; these are Radiation, Chemotherapy and Surgery.
There are alternative health remedies out the which are worth mentioning to sufferers of Cancer, one in particular is Graviola.
A major Drug company kept Graviola quiet for 8 years while it tried to replicate it. The drug company concerned were trying to help Humanity, not only that, they were trying to make money out of a natural product ,shown to target and kill malignant Cancer cells naturally within the body leaving the good cells to survive .

Then why do some Doctors allow Biopsy’s which can spread cancer within the body which has just had the Biopsy.

There is NO cure for cancer, only treatment, the reason why people get cancer is the basic building blocks of life are missing, these are Vitamins and Minerals in the correct doses Cancer sufferers are missing the basic essentials either through poor diet and lifestyle.
Genetics play a part as well.
The this begs the question why are Cancer case up by 19%.
